By using gwenbibby.com, including the client gallery service, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
This is the portfolio of Gwen Bibby Studios — my photography practice — and the place where my clients view and download the photographs from their sessions. I may change, take down, or rework any part of the site at any time.
The portfolio images on this site are my work. Please don't copy, download, republish, or build on them without my written permission.
Your session photographs are different: they are sold to you with all rights. Once delivered, they are fully yours — print them, share them, publish them, use them commercially, whatever you like, no permission needed. If I'd like to show any of your photographs in my portfolio, I'll ask first and use only what you approve. If your session agreement says something different, the session agreement wins.
Your gallery code is for you. Please don't post it publicly, and don't try to get into galleries that aren't yours — including by guessing codes. Galleries stay online for the delivery period we agreed for your session and may come down afterward, so please download your photographs while they're up. If you need more time, just ask.
In short: don't try to break anything. That means no attempts to get into the admin area or other people's galleries, no malware, no scraping or bots harvesting images, no hammering the server, and nothing that breaks U.S. or New Hampshire law.
The site is hosted by Hostinger and may pull things like fonts from other services. Links that take you off this site lead to places I don't control, with their own rules and privacy practices.
The website is provided as-is. I'm one artist making my best effort, not a software company — I can't promise the site will always be up, fast, or flawless. The photography itself is covered by your session agreement, not by this page.
To the extent New Hampshire law allows, I'm not liable for indirect or consequential losses from using this site — including a gallery being unavailable or removed. The fix for gallery problems is simple: contact me and I'll get you your photographs.
If these terms change, I'll post the new version here with a new date. Using the site after that means you accept the update.
These terms are governed by New Hampshire law, and any dispute belongs in the state or federal courts of Hillsborough County, New Hampshire.
