The plain version: I collect almost nothing. But the internet has many actors so you should exercise great care. The only things I intend this site to handle are a sign-in cookie for client galleries and the photographs I deliver to my clients — and I treat those photographs as private. I am one artist, not a cybersecurity company, and I make my best effort. If you are concerned and that is fair, we can talk about other ways of getting you your photos.
This website does not use analytics, advertising pixels, or behavioral profiling. All systems do collect some information required to get you your photos.
Standard server logs may be generated automatically by the hosting infrastructure (Hostinger). These are operational logs held by the hosting provider under their own policies.
This site uses a single functional cookie: a session cookie that keeps you signed in to a client gallery (or, for me, the studio admin area) while you browse. It contains no personal information, is not used for tracking, and expires when you close your browser. I work hard to be sure there are no third-party or advertising cookies.
If you are a client, the photographs from your session are stored on my hosting server so I can deliver them to you through a private gallery. Galleries are protected by an access code known only to you and me; the code is checked on the server and galleries are not visible without it. I do not sell, license, or share client gallery photographs with anyone other than the client, except as agreed in your session contract (for example, portfolio use you have approved).
Galleries are kept online for the delivery period agreed for your session, after which they may be removed from the server. If you would like a gallery taken down sooner — or kept up longer — just ask.
I keep a private delivery log noting when a gallery is downloaded, so I can confirm you received your photos. It contains no IP address, location, or device information.
I make my best possible effort to protect your privacy.
But any system can be breached — and if you prefer, we can keep your photos off the internet completely.
If you email me, I will have your email address and whatever you choose to tell me. I use regular email not some super secret system. I use it to reply to you and to manage your booking.
This site may pull things like fonts from other sites. The site is hosted by Hostinger. When you follow any external link from this site you are subject to that destination's own privacy practices, over which I have no control.
